Terms of Service
A few things we ask of each other.
Last updated August 2026.
Your content is yours
You own everything you add to Reverie. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to the people you've chosen, and make the features work (for example, resizing a photo or generating a video preview). You can export or delete it at any time.
Memorials and shared spaces
When you invite others to keep a memorial, or add to one you were invited to, you're sharing a space with real people who are often grieving. Be kind. Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that targets a person without consent will be removed, and accounts that post it may be closed. Memorial creators and Keepers may remove content from memorials they keep.
Guests and event albums
Photos added through a table card or event link belong to the family that hosts the album. By adding a photo as a guest you confirm you have the right to share it and that the people in it would be comfortable with the family keeping it.
Physical tags and purchases
Physical tags are made to order and shipped to the address you provide. Contact us within 30 days of delivery about damaged or incorrect items and we'll make it right; a damaged tag can be replaced free from within the app. Prices are shown at checkout and charged through Stripe.
Accounts
- You must be 13 or older and provide accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in private; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.
What we can't promise
We work hard to keep Reverie available and your memories safe, and we keep backups — but no service can promise perfection. Reverie is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable; export is always free.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially we'll let you know in the app. Questions: hello@reverielife.co.
