Reverie Occasions · For venues

Host the moments.
Let the family keep them.

Every night, a family celebrates something at your tables — a seventieth birthday, a graduation, the meal after a funeral. Reverie Occasions gives them a private album for it, filled by everyone at the table in seconds. They keep every memory. You become the place it happened.

The idea

A patron, not a billboard

“Scan at the table, post to our page” promotions fail families and embarrass brands — nobody helps a company fill its feed, and it reads as advertising. Occasions is built the other way around, on three rules we don’t bend.

🏠

The family owns everything

Photos land in the family’s private Reverie album — never a corporate feed. There is no public company wall, and no one at the venue ever sees the content.

🕯️

The venue is the patron, not the destination

Your presence is a quiet, permanent place-stamp inside the memory — “Celebrated at The Grove, Springfield.” Worth more to a brand than an impression, and never intrusive.

Zero friction

Nobody downloads an app to help a business. They will snap one photo into the family’s album from a web page in ten seconds. That is all we ever ask of a guest.

How a celebration works

From the booking to kept

Nothing for your staff to learn beyond putting a card on the table. Nothing for a guest to install.

Step 01

Book

When the party is booked, the family gets a private event album — gifted by you, or folded into your celebration package. Staff create it from the partner portal in about thirty seconds.

Step 02

A card on the table

A small co-branded card with the album’s QR sits at the table, next to the salt. No signage, no pitch — just an invitation to keep tonight.

Step 03

Scan, snap, done

Guests scan with their phone camera, add a photo and a line, and they’re finished — no app, no account. Every photo lands in the family’s album while dessert is still on the table.

Step 04

Kept, with a place-stamp

The host family claims the album in Reverie and keeps it for good. Every memory quietly carries where it happened. Years later: “Dad’s seventieth, at The Grove on Route 9.”

After contributing — and only then, when the payoff is already in hand — a guest sees one gentle, optional “keep a copy of tonight” invitation to Reverie. That’s the honest version of the funnel, and the only one we run.

Handled with care

After the service, the meal.

Some of the hardest bookings you take are the ones after a funeral. Families arrive carrying the morning with them. The photos and the things people wanted to say scatter across a dozen phones, and are never gathered again.

With Occasions, every repast can come with a Reverie memorial album: one quiet place for the day’s photographs and messages. Those memories can flow into the person’s memorial in Reverie, where the family keeps it together — and the whole extended family finds their way in through a single card, at the moment the value of keeping things is self-evident.

How we handle a repast

  • Repast cards carry no venue branding by default. Your gift is giving it; the card simply says the family’s name.
  • The venue is credited in your dashboard — never on the memory itself.
  • There is no highlights wall, no sharing prompt, and nothing for a grieving family to opt out of.
  • If something helps the venue but would embarrass a family that day, it doesn’t ship.

What your venue gets

Differentiation you can point at

Families already have their moments at your tables. Occasions makes you the reason those moments were kept.

📍

The place-stamp

A permanent, tasteful presence inside a family’s memories — quiet typography, never a logo on a photograph.

🪪

Co-branded cards & plaques

Table cards and an entry plaque designed and printed through Reverie’s partner co-branding pipeline, with your name on them.

📊

A dashboard — counts only

Occasions hosted, memories captured, families reached. Aggregate numbers, never the content itself. Privacy is the product, for you as much as for them.

A line nobody else can say

“Book your celebration here, and leave with the memories kept.” Differentiation a family can feel on the night and remember for years.

The program

Two ways to host

Per occasion

The Celebration Package

For booked occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, repasts. A private album, a table card, guest capture, and the place-stamp. Gift it to the family as a differentiator or fold it into your party package.

  • Private event album, created at booking
  • Printed, co-branded table card
  • Guest web capture — no app, no account
  • Place-stamp on every memory
Per location

The Memory Spot

A small plaque near the entrance or the waiting area: “This room has held a thousand birthdays. Keep tonight.” A venue-branded landing page starts a family album on the spot. Lower intensity than the package, always on.

  • Entry plaque with your name on it
  • Venue-branded landing page
  • Starts a family album in seconds
  • Counts-only dashboard

Pilot pricing available. Pilots start with the Celebration Package; the Memory Spot follows once the first occasions are kept.

Guardrails

What Occasions will never be

Reverie works because families trust it. These are the lines that keep it that way — for them, and for you.

Never the family’s content.

Venues see counts, not photos. Not on request, not in aggregate, not ever.

Never ads.

No public company walls by default, no sponsored posts, no data sales. The no-ads promise is what makes Reverie worth trusting in the first place.

Never marketing to guests on your behalf.

No push notifications, no email campaigns, no follow-up. A guest who contributes gets one gentle, optional “keep a copy of tonight” — and that’s the end of it.

Never loud.

The place-stamp is quiet typography inside the memory, not a logo plastered across it.

Never at a grieving family’s expense.

If a feature helps the venue but would embarrass a family at a repast, it doesn’t ship.
